What are Earthing Products?

All the earthing products are conductive poly-cotton sheets  (bed sheets/recovery bag) or conductive rubber. The connection to the earth is via a connecting cable. The preferred earth connection is via the supplied rod: alternatively a connection plug is available to connect into the house mains wiring earth (simple special plug) 

How do they work?

When we stand barefoot on the earth we have a conductive path to the earth. This can be a bit cold in winter! The condcutive circuit (between the E'sheet or mat to the earth) provides this same contact path. It is the indoor equivalent of walking barefoot outside.

What do Earthing products do?

• Provide the earth's natural electrons: the ultimate anti-inflammatory agent. Electrons are the end result of the anti-oxidant cycle (the same result that you get from Vitamin C, E etc.) and thus are the ultimate free radical fighter. This is hypothesised to be why they may help with reduced inflammation (hence reduced pain) and slowing aging.
• Provide a re-connection to the natural rythm. If you walk barefoot for 30 minutes after a long flight this will normalise your cycle and thus speed recovery from jet lag. The action is hypothesised to be via the pineal gland (the main regulating gland) and this gland is responsible for normal sleep patterns. Observations are that when this is normalised it helps the regulation of other hormonally based cycles.
• It provides a drain for EMF: so at night or in front of a computer the electromagnetic patterns pass via the Earthing connection and do not accumulate in your body
