Indoor Earthing
These products provide a convenient equivalent to an outdoor connection. Your skin is connected to a conductive surface and thence via a cable (2mm diameter and unobtrusive) to either the earth connection in the mains power socket or to a rod in the ground. Installation and use is very simple.

| Earthing sheets provide the benefits of earthing overnight while you are asleep. You can choose between a half sheet providing leg contact (adequate for most users), or a fully fitted sheet for greater convenience and a larger contact area.

| Earthing items always need a connection to the ground. Various different cables and extension leads are available. The ground/earthing rod is a universal connection for all countries, and domestic mains earthing adapters are available for some countries. Testers are also available to check the presence of an earth conneciton and to ensure that the whole system is working. | ||||
