Health Related Information- Product Application Statement Policy

This site makes no claims for products except where clinical studies are available to support statements. Symptom or condition related statements are based on respectable trials. Some trials are based on physiological studies, measuring devices or client subjective surveys. Where a study has been published in a journal or where it is conducted in a University etc. it is likely to be a study that is acceptable to UK authorities. Studies that are based on a subjective response questionnaire (e.g. improved sleep) are legitimate but not necessarily scientifically solid.

Statements on changes with specific issues do not mean that a similar outcome will be achieved with all users.

All products are designed as wellness tools and are in no way a substitute for professional medical care. The philosophy of the products is to support natural health processes. The technology we use interacts at the subtle energetic levels that underpin physiological operations. It is based on restoring the natural, electromagnetic, based processes. When the terrain is corrected many issues disappear.

Security of Information for on line credit card processing (if applicable)

We process credit and debit cards via a terminal or via Pay Pal when administration processing of details by phone, fax or hardcopy is requested.

For terminal payments (which will end on 28th Feb 2011) we protect the security of your information, including credit card information, during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming or invoicing an order. We do transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. Card processing slips are retained as a requirement of the merchant service provider and contain the card number and expiry date but not the security code.

Credit card payments are made via Pay Pal using a secure Pay Pal Virtual Terminals system (for faxed, hardcopy or phoned email details) and Pay Pal Pro for normal Pay Pal processing. No credit card details are stored electronically or by other methods.

Credit card details are collected as hardcopy for transaction processing and are destroyed by shredding daily. Email addresses and transaction reference numbers used for Pay Pal transactions are stored as an order copy and on the invoice for accounts recompilation and auditing purposes.

If you choose to use postal/shipping services an extra cost may be applied to your order pad: that an addition will be made is indicated in the prices schedule. You can see this cost before accepting the order.
