Shipping

BEP Technology Ltd generally ships by post office services. For overseas orders we reserve the right to contact you if we feel that a more secure shipping method is required. All orders are processed within 48 working hours of receipt. Delivery usually takes between 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a confirming email when your order is received.

Generally a second email is sent to you when your package is shipped.

Please make sure that you provide us with a correct email and shipping address. Post office boxes are not acceptable. BEP Technology Ltd is not responsible for lost or misdirected orders due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase. If your email address is not correct you will not receive confirmation emails from us.

You must provide a valid, traceable email address. In the event that the email address is not valid, we reserve the right not to process your order. Please make sure that you do not ban incoming emails or you will not receive confirmation emails.

Damaged parcels

BioEnergy Products makes every effort to ensure that your order will arrive in good condition.
If your order arrives damaged, please save the box/packaging and contact us immediately.
All return/damage inquiries must be made (via email or phone) within 2 business days of receiving your order.
