Earthing patches are a great way to start your Earthing experience and also to target localize inflammation/pain QUICKLY. The patches can be used anywhere, especially on issues in the elbows, knees, ankles but at night may be great on kidney 1 on the foot. That may provide an opportunity to try them at night. This is not as convenient as the sheet but does allow you to have an initial experience to see what earthing can do for you. The mains adapter and cable can be used on a more complete earthing sheet or mat purchase, saving you money later. You can use the patches with a mains or rod system. If sometime you need to connect two item, either on you or sharing the mains adapter accepts two cables. To use 2 cables with the rod you need a splitter.
