Terms and Conditions

All product prices are valid to the date sated on the order / purchasing form.
All delivery prices are subject to variation- if this is more than 10% we will advise.
Using the Shopping Cart
In order to purchase a product, you will need to create a paypal account. This simple process requires you to enter your name, address, email and phone number; then allows you to create a user ID and password for future shopping, as well as access your account. (Credit card information is not taken until the time of purchase.)
When you add any item to the shopping cart, you automatically enter a shopping session. If your session is inactive for more than 20 minutes, items placed in your shopping cart may be deleted due to time-out. This time limit varies and has to do with cookies on your computer. To avoid deletion of items in your shopping cart due to time-out, simply refresh the page or click on any item/button during the 20 minutes, and your time out will be reset, To shop on this site or any other ecommerce website you will need to allow cookies.
Email Address/User ID
You must provide a valid, traceable email address. In the event that the email address is not valid, we reserve the right not to process your order. Please make sure that you do not ban incoming emails or you will not receive confirmation emails.
VAT due on imported goods is paid at point of entry by BEP technology Ltd. VAT is not available for reclaim nor can VAT on exports to non EU countries be reclaimed.
Cancelling Your Order
If you have accidentally ordered a wrong product or wish to cancel your order, please email us (see contacts) or call (+44 (0) 121 243 6318 within 1 hour of ordering
Shipping and Delivery Information
BEP Technology Ltd generally ships by post office services. For overseas orders we reserve the right to contact you if we feel that a more secure shipping method is required. All orders are processed within 48 working hours of receipt. Delivery usually takes between 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a confirming email when your order is received.
Generally a second email is sent to you when your package is shipped.
Please make sure that you provide us with a correct email and shipping address. Post office boxes are not acceptable. BEP Technology Ltd is not responsible for lost or misdirected orders due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase. If your email address is not correct you will not receive confirmation emails from us.
BEP Technology Ltd makes every effort to ensure that your order will arrive in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, please save the box/packaging and contact us immediately. All return/damage inquiries must be made (via email or phone) within 2 business days of receiving your order.
BEP Technology Ltd products are fully warranted. Defects in product or workmanship will be repaired or replaced within the first year after purchase. Simply call or email for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Product returns for other reasons
There are occasions when products are incorrectly or inappropriately ordered. Products when opened and removed from packaging lose their sale value. Preparation for sales and restocking is an expense and postage cost is not recoverable. Products are supplied tape sealed. All offers below are subject to revision if the goods are damaged and not sellable as new. BEP Technology Ltd will receive goods returns on the following basis:
Category 1 Goods unused and in original packaging- you must notify us latest within the earlier of 4 days of receipt or 8 days after shipping to a UK address by email, phone or fax. You will receive an RMA (Return Materials Advice) which need not accompany the return but must be received by email, fax or post within 10 days of return notification. You are responsible for the return postage which must be tracked, signed for and cover the purchase cost of the unit. The following charges will apply for restocking:
Category 2 Goods unused but removed from packaging - Conditions as Category 1.
Category 3 Goods used but no longer wanted - We can make no formal offer here. Please contact us to discuss possibilities. We can examine returned goods with a view to use as clinical loan tools or for resale in certain circumstances as used items.
