We also guarantee them for 1 year from the day of purchase, so we generally say after the 2 year mark we would recommend testing the products to make sure they are still working as they should be. Everyone reacts differently when they first start grounding meaning some people will feel the benefits almost immediately and others may take up to a few months. In scientific tests and research it shows that as little as 30 minutes grounded will show internal changes and benefits in-particular to your blood.

Ideally we would be earthed 24/7, but daily life gets in the way, so if you’re able to do at least 30 minutes a day this will be a great starting point. It is important to sleep earthed as we spend a large proportion of our time spent in bed and this is when our body’s naturally rest and recover so being earthed during this period will help in every way.

For some people they can ground for 3 months or so and not feel a huge difference, however when they stop, or go on holiday without taking the products with them it seems to be then that they notice just how much they are benefiting from being earthed.

No, there is no electricity flowing at all. The live and neutral pins are removed on all UK plugs and you can keep the socket switched off at all times. The products do not need electricity to work, they only need to make contact with earth either via the earth pin of the plug or a grounding rod. If however, you prefer to keep the socket switched on it won’t make any difference at all to the products functionality and isn’t dangerous in anyway.

They will both provide the same benefits, however there are different benefits to each depending on your set up.

1. Connecting your product via a plug and socket is the easiest and most convenient way and because the products don’t need electricity to work, you can keep the sockets switched off. If you don’t have a socket nearby you can also use earthed extension leads to help get the best set up for you and your product.
2. We highly recommend the grounding rod if you are electro sensitive, are camping or caravanning where you don’t have access to an earthed socket or would prefer to connect your product via a grounding rod as personal preference. The grey cable that comes with the grounding rod is armoured to withstand extreme weather conditions as well as being placed in a window or door frame and having the window or door opening and closing on it. The cable is 43ft long, plus the white cable that comes with the product which is 15ft so in total you will have a 58ft long cable to travel from the grounding rod to the product.

The grounding products will only work if the socket you are using is earthed, so it is important to know that the wall socket, adapter or extension lead you want to use is earthed. Legally properties in the UK have to be earthed, however if you would still like to check for peace of mind you can do this with a Socket Tester. Not all countries have a legal requirement for properties to be earthed so if you are using your grounding products abroad we always recommend taking a socket tester and earthed travel adapter with you to test the socket you want to use.

For general health and well-being, respiratory issues, back pain and/or issues with larger parts of the body we always recommend the sheets as the whole body will be receiving the earth’s electrons to help heal and ease inflammation. Also foot mats are great for general grounding because the feet are the most receptive part of the body due to having the most nerve endings per square inch.

If, however, you suffer with pain in a smaller area of your body such as arthritis in your hands/fingers, tennis elbow, migraines, torn ligaments etc we would recommend targeting that specific area with the bands and patches. We have found that pillow cases work particularly well for migraines. This way the product will work on the direct area it is touching, rather than the electron’s being ‘used up’ by the rest of the body. On top of targeted grounding, we also recommend trying to sleep earthed as well. In past experiments and feedback, we have found day time and night time grounding is the most effective way to heal and ease pain and inflammation.

Not all countries have a legal requirement for properties to be earthed so if you are using your grounding products abroad we always recommend taking a socket tester and earthed travel adapter with you to test the socket you want to use for peace of mind. When testing the socket, especially in Europe, you may need to turn the socket tester upside down to find the ‘earth’.

To use the products in America simply discard the plug and slot the pin end of the cable directly into the USA wall socket. For any other country you will need to use an earthed adapter.

The half sheet is a flat sheet that covers half the bed which we recommend being the bottom half of the bed so your feet are making contact with the sheet as they are the most receptive part of your body. The half sheet is great if you travel a lot as it fits almost any size bed and with the tuck either side of the sheet you can easily tuck the sheet under almost any mattress to secure in place. It also folds down very small and flat so great to pack in your suitcase.

The fitted sheets cover the full mattress with elasticated corners to fit over the mattress with ease. The fitted sheets will provide full body grounding top to toe and can be used the same as any standard fitted sheet.

Using grounding products is the indoor equivalent of walking barefoot on the grass outside, so there are no dangerous side effects. Some people have reported a slight tingling sensation the first time they use a grounding product but this is not uncomfortable and only lasts a short while.

Another thing to take note of is that sleeping earthed can cause more dreams. This is a good sign as when we dream we are in what’s called REM sleep, the deepest kind when our body is in the recovery phase of sleep.

Although the large majority of people report sleeping exceptionally well, on some occasion’s people may have a slightly disrupted sleep for the first night or two, however, this will subside as your body gets used to becoming earthed.

Grounding provides the same benefits as walking barefoot on the earth, however we always advise you consult your doctor. We have had some cases where medication doses have been able to be reduced so we always recommend regular check up’s with your doctor for peace of mind as well as to check you are still on the correct dosage for you.

Yes, wearing clothing will affect the voltage drop you will get once grounded. For example, making direct skin contact will give you a bigger voltage drop, than if you were wearing jeans. We have tested our grounding sheet wearing thin cotton pyjamas and the drop was hardly affected, so wearing thin clothes, socks or tights is OK.

It is important to sleep earthed as we spend a large proportion of our time spent in bed and this is when our body’s naturally rest and recover so being earthed during this period will help in every way.

For some people they can ground for 3 months or so and not feel a huge difference, however when they stop, or go on holiday without taking the products with them it seems to be then that they notice just how much they are benefiting from being earthed.

We will always try to recommend a product that would slot into your current lifestyle without having to make any major adjustments. In our experience we find the following to be the best solutions to introduce grounding as part of your routine:

The feet are the most receptive part of the body due to having the most nerve endings per square inch so we always recommend trying to rest your feet on the mat rather than any other part of the body.
3. If you are looking to target a specific area such as a knee injury, arthritis or a sprain/strain for example the bands and patches will help heal the affected area and bring down any inflammation. You can continue with your daily tasks whilst wearing the band or patches and they will target the specific area you want to work on. We don’t recommend sleeping with the bands or patches attached for safety reasons, so this is more for day time grounding. To continue grounding at night the fitted bed sheets or half sheets will help with this.
4. If you suffer with respiratory issues or are an athlete looking to aid healing during your recovery time, we recommend the recovery bag. Not all countries have a legal requirement for properties to be earthed so if you are using your grounding products abroad we always recommend taking a socket tester and earthed travel adapter with you to test the socket you want to use for peace of mind. When testing the socket, especially in Europe, you may need to turn the socket tester upside down to find the ‘earth’.

To use the products in America simply discard the plug and slot the pin end of the cable directly into the USA wall socket. For any other country you will need to use an earthed adapter.

No, there is no electricity flowing at all. The live and neutral pins are removed on all UK plugs and you can keep the socket switched off at all times. The products do not need electricity to work, they only need to make contact with earth either via the earth pin of the plug or a grounding rod. If however, you prefer to keep the socket switched on it won’t make any difference at all to the products functionality and isn’t dangerous in anyway.

All of our UK plugs are sent out with the live and neutral pins and fuse removed, only the earthing pin remains so electricity cannot flow from the wall socket. For additional peace of mind, all of our product cables have a 100 kohm resister built in so again electricity cannot flow.

They will both provide the same benefits, however there are different benefits to each depending on your set up.

1. Connecting your product via a plug and socket is the easiest and most convenient way and because the products don’t need electricity to work, you can keep the sockets switched off. If you don’t have a socket nearby you can also use earthed extension leads to help get the best set up for you and your product.
2. We highly recommend the grounding rod if you are electro sensitive, are camping or caravanning where you don’t have access to an earthed socket or would prefer to connect your product via a grounding rod as personal preference. The grey cable that comes with the grounding rod is armoured to withstand extreme weather conditions as well as being placed in a window or door frame and having the window or door opening and closing on it. The cable is 43ft long, plus the white cable that comes with the product which is 15ft so in total you will have a 58ft long cable to travel from the grounding rod to the product.

The grounding products will only work if the socket you are using is earthed, so it is important to know that the wall socket, adapter or extension lead you want to use is earthed. Legally properties in the UK have to be earthed, however if you would still like to check for peace of mind you can do this with a Socket Tester. There are numerous reasons why it is important to ground yourself and some of the benefits include better sleep, pain relief and protection again the effects of EMF to name a few. One of the most important benefits for us is the anti-inflammatory benefits grounding brings. Using grounding products is the indoor equivalent of walking barefoot on the grass outside, so there are no dangerous side effects. Some people have reported a slight tingling sensation the first time they use a grounding product but this is not uncomfortable and only lasts a short while.

Another thing to take note of is that sleeping earthed can cause more dreams. This is a good sign as when we dream we are in what’s called REM sleep, the deepest kind when our body is in the recovery phase of sleep.

Although the large majority of people report sleeping exceptionally well, on some occasion’s people may have a slightly disrupted sleep for the first night or two, however, this will subside as your body gets used to becoming earthed.

Yes. Electric blankets do not interfere with the grounding process and the products can withstand the heat from an electric blanket. The only thing to make sure of is that you are still making direct skin contact with the grounding product.

Grounding provides the same benefits as walking barefoot on the earth, however we always advise you consult your doctor. We have had some cases where medication doses have been able to be reduced so we always recommend regular check up’s with your doctor for peace of mind as well as to check you are still on the correct dosage for you.

We test all of our grounding products twice before sending them out, this includes the plug and cable so we are very confident with the performance of our products. We also guarantee them for 1 year from the day of purchase, so we generally say after the 2 year mark we would recommend testing the products to make sure they are still working as they should be. This can be done two ways:

1. A Continuity Tester which tests the conductivity of the sheet or mat as well as the plug and cable. The Continuity Tester is a small hand held device which will show if an area of the product has lost conductivity in which case you can try turning the product around and using a different part or side of the product or if the product is no longer conducting at all and you will need to buy a replacement. 2. The second is with a Body Voltage Meter, this tester not only shows that the product is working but also you can see with your own eyes how much the voltage running through your body drops by on the digital screen. For further information click here

Our rubber mats are infused with conductive carbon making the whole mat (top, bottom and sides) completely conductive. This also makes them so durable that even if the mat gets cut or a slit going through the middle, as long as the popper is still attached the mat will still work perfectly. We have some customers that have had their mat for 8 years.

For the sheets we generally say anything from 18 months to 2 years. Having said this, if cared for delicately, we have had customers using the same sheet for 3 ½  years with no loss of conductivity.

If you are concerned your sheet isn’t working as it did when you first bought it you can use a Conductivity Tester or Body Voltage Tester to check it is still working which can be found here
